Aurora LaFond is Sister Outlaw. This self-taught singer-songwriter from Upstate New York has been singing and performing all over the North East. Her style is laid back and personal. She sings from the heart and connects directly to her audience with a sweet jazzy voice that floats neatly over her folk guitar strumming. Powerful lyrics in her original tunes come from lived experience influenced by a full mod podge of artists from Destiny’s Child to Tom Waits.
